Floor coating application is not successfully completed until it has been deaerated. Fresh floor coatings must be spiked with a Bubblebuster® spiked roller during application. The operation of spiking also largely contributes to the leveling of certain types of flooring compounds.

12mm and 31mm spike

Our Bubblebuster® Spiked Roller has become the brand that most contractors prefer for spiking coatings. Our rollers with 12mm spike are for all types of high build and self-leveling floor coatings. Our 12mm Super Sharp rollers are for fast setting coatings. Bubblebuster spiked rollers with 31 mm spikes are for spiking floor overlays in excess of 4mm thick.

Bubblebuster® Spiked Rollers are available in a multitude of widths and are sold as complete assemblies with frames in standard form. Replacement roller refills are available in all widths.

Our spiked shoes with 25mm or 31mm long steel spikes are used to gain safe access onto new flooring overlay systems. They should be worn whilst working on fresh coatings and whilst deaerating the fresh surface when using our Bubblebuster® Spiked Roller. One size fits under most size users site shoe or boot with straps to secure to the users footwear.

KAM Rakes are for spreading new floor coatings to a desired thickness. A general rule is that the teeth of rakes will spread material to 40% of tooth depth based on the material used (i.e. 5mm tooth achieves  2mm)

KAM's single edge notched rake is made from hard wearing 1.6mm steel fabricated with the blade and extension stick adaptor as an e-coated integral unit.

Our Polyurethane Rake is a non-marking tool to spread flowable floor coating materials. The flexible blade will not chatter or damage the priming medium. The replaceable blades have teeth on one side only and are fixed to our unique e-coated mild steel clamp style frames.

KAM Our flat plate pin leveler is made from tough 1.47mm hardened steel. The tool is easily adjustable from 0mm - 15mm for speedy set up to achieve the required depth of coating.

Our round pin model is made from 1.6mm Stainless Steel with an aluminium pin plate holder incorporating five steel pins. It is easily adjusted from 0mm to 15mm for speedy set up.

Our Skeg Leveler has four pre-set skegs that determine the depth of overlay. This tool is the perfect choice for applying self-smoothing materials to achieve uniform thickness. The skegs glide over the substrate with minimum tool chatter. The skegs are available as 'tap- out tap-in' replacements in sets of four

Our KAM FS80080 Floor spreader is an adjustable heavy-duty spreader for application of flowable flooring overlay materials applied in excess of 6mm thick.

The 800mm long stainless steel leveling blade is fixed to an aluminum frame. Hardwearing steel skis at each end provide adjustment from 0mm to 50mm.

KAM's Triglide Floor Spreader is a foolproof, simple to use leveler for spreading semi flowable materials at precise thicknesses. It allows super quick application. KAM's Triglide has a stainless steel leveling scraper plate and pre-set replaceable Trigliders at each end with three contact points. When one contact point is worn, the wing nuts are simply loosened, the Triglider rotated to the new setting and fastened into place.

KAM squeegees are fast gaining popularity with flooring contractors and are available in three sizes, 325mm, 450mm and 600mm wide.

Perfect for efficient spreading of primers & thin coatings. The blade is made from white non-staining extruded solvent resistant rubber.

Replacement rubber blades are available in packs of 10.

Our Surface Spreader tool operates as a giant spatula and is available in 3 sizes. The thin flexible spring steel blade allows the tool to be used as a surface smoother providing trowelling qualities. It may also be used as a squeegee to apply- thin film materials

Combi Spatulas are used for the Hypalon bandage joint sealing system to high movement joints. They control the width, thickness and finishing of epoxy adhesive.

Our trowels are for hand application of high build, self leveling coatings and semi-flowable mortars. The trowel blades are made from tough hardened steel and are available with 290mm and 400mm rectangular blades. For awkward detail work our 500mm pointed Swedish style trowel is the ideal tool to use.

Floor screeding for cementitious bound or resin-based mortars is simplified by using KAM's stainless steel Screeding Box. There is no need for screeding bars, or time consuming inefficient setting up. Just set the height, weight the ballast cavity, load with material, and pull.

By adjusting the front screeding plate to the required height the surfacing material is applied to a uniform finished thickness. The use of the KAM Screeding Box will speed up application for a level flooring finish of consistent quality. Any abutting runs may be filled and smoothed by hand trowelling.

30 litre Portable Slow Speed Pan Mixer

The PORTIMIX® is a robust, portable, slow-speed, forced-action pan-mixer for multi-component resins, grouts and mortars and designed for fast track use. The PORTIMIX® will produce a smooth homogeneous compound quickly and efficiently.

The maneuverability of the PORTIMIX® and compact size allows it to be easily transported and get to those difficult to reach job sites. The stainless steel pan is easily removable.
